The Brand Room Co is a supportive, creative branding membership designed for women in business who want consistent content, confidence in showing up, and space to grow their brand properly over time.

 

This isn’t a one-off shoot. It’s a 12-month journey, done together.

12 month membership

 

 

How it works

The Brand Room Co runs over 12 months and is limited to six people to keep it personal, calm and supportive. We meet every other month (six sessions across the year). Each session lasts around two/three hours (sometimes longer if we decide to make a full day of it and get everything done).

 

Each session combines:

• professional brand photography

• business and content planning

• collaboration and shared ideas

• relaxed, supportive time together

• use each other in images too to set scenes

 

What’s included

Brand photoshoots (every other month starting January). At each session, you’ll receive a personal brand photoshoot built fully around you and your business.

 

Shoots will take place:

• in the Memory Boutique studio

• outdoors

• in beautiful, aesthetic locations around Lancashire

• with a mix of calm, bold and creative spaces

• including colour wash walls at selected sessions

 

Every shoot is planned around your brand – no copying, no templates, no cookie-cutter content.

 

One-to-one shoot (included)

At any point during the 12 months, you’ll also receive a one-to-one 30-minute shoot with me.

This can be:

• at your place of business

• in the studio

• or at a location that suits your brand sorted by you

Images are included round (10) and the session is completely focused on you.

 

Business planning & support

When we’re together, we’ll also:

• plan and plot each others businesses

• talk through content ideas

• share what’s working and what’s not

• learn from each other’s experience

• gain clarity and confidence

 

You’ll benefit not only from me, but from the shared knowledge and support of five other business owners.

 

Content & behind the scenes

Across the year we’ll also create:

• behind-the-scenes content

• mini interview-style videos

• usable social media content you can dip into anytime

 

Private WhatsApp support space

You’ll be part of a private WhatsApp group for members only. This isn’t a chatty group – it’s a support space.

A place to ask questions, get feedback, share wins or reach out when you need support. We are all in enough chats so this will be all around using the content and support. Every Monday, I’ll also drop in a gentle prompt, tip or idea to help you keep moving forward (always optional).

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY

 

The Brand Room Co is a 12-month fixed-term membership.

 

Once your place is confirmed, the membership cannot be cancelled early, regardless of payment method.

 

This applies to:

• monthly payment plans

• one-off payments

 

All payments are non-refundable.

 

Please ensure you are able to commit to the full 12 months before signing up. 

 

📌 MISSED / FAILED PAYMENT POLICY

 

If a monthly payment fails:

 

• Stripe will automatically retry the payment

• Access to membership content and sessions may be paused until payment is received

If payment remains unpaid after repeated attempts:

• You are still responsible for the full 12-month contract value

• Your place may be released

• Outstanding payments will remain due
